BSA | The Software Alliance CEO Victoria Espinel urges Congress to develop a federal privacy law and regulate high-risk AI systems.
The US needs a new federal privacy law and rules for companies developing and using high-risk AI systems to promote responsible use of the technology and safeguard Americans’ data, Victoria Espinel, CEO of the software industry trade group BSA, said.
