But it is also true that at this moment in time we don't have an international consensus on what the rules of digital trade should be... Our ambition is to create a truly international widespread consensus on what digital trade rules should be including on issues like data flows, because there's an enormous deficiency in the international legal system right now and given the importance to the economy it's also a completely unsustainable one.
